Release 5.10
This release brings a few new requested features, including a monthly jobs report. The development process uncovered a few bugs and allowed for some code cleanup. The new report is a first start, so we welcome any feedback for improvements.
Release 5.09
This release introduces many new features and fixes, including new search capabilities and the beginning of a Reconcile Payables report. New tools for managing cost centers and dealing with materials have been created.
Release 5.08
The bin summary report feature introduced in the last release has been enhanced with a drill-down report in this release. Other helpful changes allow easier editing of holding costs and book values shown on those reports. Additionally, several pages have had code cleaned up and other bugs fixed.
Release 5.07
This release contains a small change to help with looking up materials and some PDF reports to complement a recent new inventory report.
Release 5.06
Many of the updates in this release address requests for report enhancements, including work in progress and inventory reports. Another update allows easier entry of new equipment in purchase orders by allowing you to find and copy existing equipment.
Release 5.05
This release more directly addresses a language version upgrade. The upgrade won't be put into production yet, but the current changes will allow the software to function in both current and planned environments. Most changes are expected to improve reliability.
Other fixes and features are relatively minor.
Release 5.04
This T-JACS release contains mostly bug fixes and a couple of new features.
One new feature allows copying any moving of Job Scope Labor Estimates as part of a bug fix related to copying scope tasks.
Another new item breaks out the invoice list for all customers into an open list and closed list.
Some bug fixes deal with a problem with empty quote bid numbers, shifting table column headers.
Release 5.03
The latest release of T-JACS contains a few new features to streamline time tracking, expand invoice capabilities, and to work with RFP Jobs.
Time sheets now allow adding a new job scope at the same time.
Invoices have the ability now to apply administrative charges, such as a credit card fee. In addition, several more subtotals are now shown on the invoice so that you can confirm the totals in each step.
A new option allows generating RFP job numbers per employee. When an employee creates an RFP job, the next job number can be taken from their own job number counter, instead of a single, global number.
Release 5.02A
This interim release of 5.02A and 5.02B contains mostly bug fixes with a few new features. Employee management has been improved with the ability to manage inactive employees that are assigned to jobs. As well, there are new permissions that help resolve some outstanding issues as described below. The ability to export customers and vendors as .CSV files has also been added.
Release 5.02
A few big new features arrived in this release, including a new field on time sheets to capture notes about any items acquired or expenses incurred. Jobs can now have a Void / Canceled status, to indicate that the job is closed but not invoiced. It can be maintained for history, or reused on a new job. Billed, Closed RFP, and Void jobs are now listed in a sub tab under the Closed tab on the job board.
Release 5.01
We have a few notable new features, such as viewing and searching customer and vendor contacts. You can also build Job Scope Styles directly from the list of Job Scope Templates. Lastly, you can view the total calculated cost of a vendor purchase order from the materials and expense lists.

Release 4.16
A few bugs were identified in the last release that are fixed in this release. As well, we've continued to address changes required for the framework update. As with the last release, you should anticipate to encounter a new bug here and there. Please report those as soon as possible. The next release will continue to focus on refactoring. If urgent issues arise, the release date will be shortened. Otherwise, expect the next release in 2-3 weeks.
Release 4.15
In this release, we've addressed some changes required for the framework update. The changes are fairly extensive and have extended the estimated effort on this release. The changes meant that most of the system was touched, so testing takes longer. The more extensive testing uncovered some older issues that we've addressed. This should mean that we've improved stability in many places, but if we've missed a few tests, you should anticipate to encounter a new bug here and there. Please report those as soon as possible. Most of those changes would not be visible, but they should help a little with performance and future code maintenance. There are still many places to refactor. In the interest of getting some important changes out, we've delayed those changes until the next release.
