Release 5.07

This release contains a small change to help with looking up materials and some PDF reports to complement a recent new inventory report.

New Features

Added Stock Quantity to the Item Dropdown in the Job Materials Edit Form

• At the right end of each item listed in the materials dropdown, if there is any stock for that item, a count of stock will show as (3 in stock) for instance.

Added a PDF Printed Report to the Inventory Bin Summary Report

• There is a button on the Inventory Bin Summary Report to allow printing the report as a PDF.

• The PDF will have the usual page footers, allowing you to create a record of inventory quantities and values at that moment in time.

Add Reconcile Date to Vendor Purchase Order

• A new field was added to P.O.’s to allow an upcoming feature for reporting payables together, facilitating easier entry for bookkeeping.

Fixes

Refactored PDF Report Generation

• Code was extended to allow quicker, more flexible creation of PDF reports.

• Some existing reports have been modified to incorporate these changes.
