Release 5.06

Many of the updates in this release address requests for report enhancements, including work in progress and inventory reports. Another update allows easier entry of new equipment in purchase orders by allowing you to find and copy existing equipment.

NEW FEATURES

Allow Quick Copy of Equipment in Purchase Order

• Allow adding equipment to the purchase order by copying an existing item.

• A search box is provided at the bottom of the equipment list, allowing you to search for existing equipment by name or model. After selecting the item, click on save changes.

• Make changes to the equipment as needed. The purchase order details are pre-filled. The existing equipment location is also copied.

Inventory Summary Reports

• Resale value and item quantities have been added to the summary reports.

• The resale value is provided by the catalog markup.

• Added the Inventory Summary by Bin Report

  • Lists inventory quantities and values in all bins, grouped by location.
    

Added PDF Form to Work in Progress Report

• The Work in Progress report generates a printable PDF after the period ending date is supplied.

• The filename of the report is shown. Clicking on the filename opens the report for printing.

• The report is included on the list of recent reports.

Fixed Missing retail Price on Inventory Report

• The retail price column was not showing any values.
