Release 4.16

SUMMARY

A few bugs were identified in the last release that are fixed in this release. As well, we've continued to address changes required for the framework update.  As with the last release, you should anticipate to encounter a new bug here and there.  Please report those as soon as possible.  The next release will continue to focus on refactoring.  If urgent issues arise, the release date will be shortened.  Otherwise, expect the next release in 2-3 weeks.

FIXES

Job / Vendor PO Attachments

  • If an attachment is incorrectly added to the Vendor Purchase Order, it will complain that the attachment is pending.  Rather than delete and upload again, there is now a new button to move the attachment to the job.

Vendor Purchase Order Items not attached to the job when adding

  • Adding an item to a purchase order with the Quick Add has a checkbox next to the job number to allow the option of attaching the item to the job.  Using the regular add form did not offer that option and would not automatically attach the item.  The checkbox has been added and will only show if the item is not already attached.

Timesheets are getting the wrong Cost Center

  • A defect is fixed that was preventing a timesheet from defaulting to the job default cost center.  This was occurring only on jobs that did not use scopes.

New Timesheets action not dismissing

  • When a timesheet is added to an ongoing job, an action is generated to notify of a new timesheet that could potentially impact an invoice.  The action list was not allowing the action to be dismissed.

Duplication of Job Items

  • There were errors in duplicating job materials and expenses where not all related values were being duplicated as expected.

Customer Contacts unable to detach

  • A contact can be added to multiple customers.  That feature addition resulted in not being able to properly detach or delete the contact from a customer if they were attached to more than one customer.

Adding Non-Catalog items to the Catalog (4.16A)

  • From the Purchase Orders especially, some errors were being generated when attempting to convert a non-catalog item to a catalog item.
