Release 5.10

This release brings a few new requested features, including a monthly jobs report. The development process uncovered a few bugs and allowed for some code cleanup. The new report is a first start, so we welcome any feedback for improvements.

New Features

Added Job Site Name Column to Time Sheet Report

  • The job site name is added after the job number in the time sheet report.

  • The column can be turned on as an option in time sheet preferences in T-JACS Admin. It is the last option: “Add Job Site Column to Time Sheet Report”

Added Monthly Jobs Report

  • A new PDF report of monthly jobs by invoice was added.

  • The report includes Materials, Expenses, and Labor price totals.

  • The report allows filtering by customer, assigned employee, and cost centers.

  • The report is found In the T-JACS Reports menu under Monthly Jobs.

  • Other report tab titles were shortened to make the page less crowded. Plus, some report pages didn’t have titles on the pages.

Fixes

Allow Reconciling Materials Without Needing to Select an Inventory Record

  • When selecting a bin for reconciling materials to inventory, the validate function checks if there is enough quantity, but unless the inventory record is selected, nothing would happen.

  • If just the bin is selected to pull quantity from, the reconcile function now grabs from the first matching inventory record.

Fixed Error Creating a New Purchase Order

  • When creating a purchase order from a job item, the Vendor Location ID was not autopopulated from the default as expected.

Fixed Cost and Price Summaries on Invoice View Form

  • Summary cost and price calculations were double-counting the p.o. line item and the job item.

  • The currency conversion was also not included.

Fixed Reconcile Material Report Error

  • The Job Number Popup was failing because it was expecting a job when no job was required.
