Release 5.04

SUMMARY

This T-JACS release contains mostly bug fixes and a couple of new features.

One new feature allows copying any moving of Job Scope Labor Estimates as part of a bug fix related to copying scope tasks.

Another new item breaks out the invoice list for all customers into an open list and closed list.

Some bug fixes deal with a problem with empty quote bid numbers, shifting table column headers.

NEW FEATURES

Allow Copy and Move of Job Scope Labor Estimates

• Job scope estimates can be copied to scopes and tasks on other jobs or moved to a scope or task within the current job.
  

Divide Invoices List for All Customers into Open/Closed Lists

• The Customer Invoice List was split into two lists for Open and Closed invoices.

• The Closed column for the Open list was removed, since it would be redundant.

• The modified list is in the Customers menu, under Customer Invoices. In the list of invoices for specific customers or jobs, open and closed invoices are still listed together since, generally, the lists are shorter.

FIXES

Fixed Calculation of Discounts on Invoice

• When initially adding discounts to the invoice, the total discount doesn’t get updated correctly on the page.

• This was just a display error, as the amount was correct when saving the invoice.
  

Fixed Deep Copy of Task Not Applying Scope To Estimates

• When doing a deep copy of a task, the labor estimates were being copied with the old scope id.
  

Fixed Shifting Table Headers (5.03A)

• Time sheet table sticky headers were shifting when the page was scrolled.

Fixed Issue With Empty Bid Number on Quote (5.03A)

• Bid number with empty string caused a validation error with a duplicate index error. Changed it to check for blank numbers and save as null values as expected.
