Release 5.32

The two things of note for this release are first, a new filtering ability on job materials, expenses, and labor by job scope task, and second, a list in T-JACS Admin showing all cost centers by customer.

What’s New

Add task filtering to job item and time sheet list forms

• For jobs with scopes and tasks, the ability to filter by task was only available when viewing the job materials and expenses from within the scope tab. Now the task filter shows from the main lists for materials, expenses, and labor. When doing a quick-add, the scope selection is automatically set to match the filter.

Customer Cost Centers

• A new sub tab in T-JACS Admin, Cost Centers shows all customer cost centers together.

• There are now two sub-tabs: Global Cost Centers (default), and Customer. Global Cost Centers is unchanged. The new tab doesn’t allow direct editing of the cost centers, but the customer name can be clicked on to take you to the maintenance page for that customer.

Fixes and Improvements

Fix Error when deleting customer invoices

• A minor error was happening when deleting a customer invoice while purging unneeded records. This did not prevent the invoice from being deleted.

No other notable fixes other than continued work on the framework upgrade.
