Release 5.30
We’ve continued work on holds in this release. A new, custom drop-down interface was designed to allow color and styling of the hold options.
Also, job summary reports can now filter by task, giving you more detail about costs related to specific sections of your job.
In addition, the job form has an Item Cost and Price Summary table included in the Job Billing section of the form.
What’s New
Filtering by Task on the Job Summary Reports
Within the Reports tab of jobs, you can filter report results by task.
Currently, all available job tasks on that job are presented as selection choices and may be refined later.
Holds Enhancements
Holds have been given a face-lift to make holds easier to work with by quickly showing the color related to the optional legend usage. See the animation below for a sample.
Sample usage of Holds
Add Item Cost and Price Summary section to the Job Form
Similar to Release 5.28, an Item Cost and Price Summary table was added within the Job Billing section of the Job Form for quoted jobs. The table was previously added to the quote form, so this allows that same information to be promoted sooner, rather than forcing you to dig for it.
A new Total Estimate column was added to sum the value of all manually entered estimates so that you can compare to the calculated values of the summary table.

Fixed an Issue Opening the Job Scope Templates List
The job scope template list was not opening due to a flag not being checked.
