Release 5.29
Continuing with changes to holds, more customization has been introduced, allowing naming of holds and showing a hold legend with your lists. There is also a new job PDF report that lists all jobs in a selected status. Along with a few other fixes, we hope this will help improve your effectiveness with T-JACS.
What’s New
Added Customization to Holds
Lists with holds have a Hold Legend below the filters. There is a link below the legend where you can edit the labels.
Hovering over the hold checkboxes in the lists will show a tooltip with the custom name.
Filter, bulk application, and selection lists will show your custom names as options.
Holds can have their labels changed to have a different meaning per each category.

Added a Jobs Report
The Reports menu has a new report under the tab Jobs.
The report produces a PDF document listing all jobs in the selected status.
Other parameters include filtering by Employee, Customer, and Cost Center.
Tweaks can be applied, so submit your suggestions.
Fixes and Improvements
Fixed Job Status Lists
When the option for the Reconcile job status is disabled, some lists were still including it.
Fixed Spacing Issues with Address Formatting
Some address elements, such as City, Province, weren’t formatted as expected.
Refactor Inventory Location Forms
The code in the inventory location forms has been modernized with some minor bug fixes.
Removed Outdated Code
With all sites on the upgraded server, some code is no longer needed for compatibility.
