T-JACS makes it easy to gather and manage your job materials and build your catalog as you go. 

As you add materials and expenses to a job, your catalog grows. Rather than only working from the inventory to the job, T-JACS also works from the job to the inventory.

Gather materials quickly by knowing what you already have and where to get what you still need. You can apply all required materials in advance to a job and send online quote requests to your vendors. Employees can generate pick sheets that list which vendors have required materials or where to find them in stock. You can also attach photos of inventory locations and bins to make gathering easier.

At the end of a job, excess materials can be automatically applied to a WIPR (Work In Progress Reclaim) bin. They can then be grabbed for other jobs before they even touch the inventory.

Track purchase orders at the job level, cycle excess material through inventory, and better manage returns and warranty issues.

Along with inventory, you can also keep track of where your tools and equipment are, where they are needed, and what condition they are in. Add them directly to jobs as well, ensuring your workers have everything they need on site.
